Don't judge a book by its cover, the decorating needs a serious update in my opinion but the service is awesome, have been going here for about 7 years and switched stylists a fee times but I am with Theresa now and she is amazing!! Desk staff are also great!
The staff are all very nice and they have great skill. Beauty is pricey though!
I have been coming here for nearly nine years now. I always see Amy and she has been good to me, however the establishment entirely I do not like anymore. I sent a friend to get her hair cut, and not only did they ruin it (I can attest for this destruction myself), but she went back again to have it fix from the owner, and he made it even worse than the first cut, making it too short to fix. She was so upset that she cried in the salon, which I do not blame her because this cut was terrible. They refused her a refund, and she now is forced to wait for her hair to grow.
Headliners is not what it used to be. I know because I have been coming here for nine years, have spent well over $1000 total, if not more here, and I will not return because of the damage they did on my friend, I can't trust that they will not do the same to me one day. I feel slightly responsible for her ruined hair, and I can't say that this place is good anymore from just watching people come and go aside from myself.
