This place has steadily gone downhill. I remember this one guy they had there about 4-5 years ago. I think his name was Rafael or Raul...anyway, this guy knew his stuff. He added discounts that I didn’t even know I was entitled to receive through my employer that I still receive and he was never pushy. My daughter broke the screen on her iPhone and he fixed it and brought it to my house because the store was closed by the time he finished. Now you just get pushy salespeople who are obviously only interested in making a sale and it’s kind of a turn off, honestly. I buy my phones at Best Buy now. They have better deals and the service is the same.
Long story short - if your phone is broken and you need a repair or have a Verizon service issue - do not go here. Find a repair store. These folks are in retail sales, they will damage your phone if you bring it here for a physical repair. They are also not the actual Verizon company, they are an authorized retailer for Verizon products, meaning they are not experts on Verizon service. If you need Verizon service help - go directly to Verizon. If you need a phone hardware repair, go to a local repair shop there are lots of good ones around here now. If you just need to simply purchase a new phone or accessories, than this place is perfect for that. Just don't come here with fixable device issues, the best they can do is talk you into buying another product. They cannot fix things.
